The HCHB Customer Services Team provides on call support 24/7 for emergency assistance to our customer’s authorized requestors. An authorized requestor is an IT representative or administrator who handles communication with HCHB support on behalf of our customers.

This team is available for ad hoc inquiries or regularly scheduled phone calls and emails. Below is a quick overview of the roles who play this pivotal role for our clients.
- Account Executive – Manages the overall customer relationship. They coordinate software demos and assist with contract or licensing updates and add on requests.
- Incident Manager – Advocates for case resolution for customers. They provide updates on open issues or escalations and provides education around known issues.
- System Administrator – Helps customers ensure maximum return on investment by reviewing and providing education on system settings, new releases, best practices and providing support for HCHB RSL, Provider Link and Family Link setup.
- Business Manager – Provides metrics driven performance feedback to client leadership. Creates quarterly scorecard and hosts business reviews of key performance indicators.
