Homecare Homebase Releases 2024 HH Proposed Rule Model

DALLAS, TX, JULY 13, 2023 – Homecare HomebaseSM (HCHB), the leading software for home-based care has released an updated HCHB Analytics Home Health Impact Report Model. This update was released less than two weeks following CMS’ publication of the 2024 Home Health Proposed Rule. The tool helps customers quickly and accurately identify the potential impact of proposed and final Medicare reimbursement changes on their unique agencies.

Utilizing the model, HCHB conducted a comprehensive examination and identified a -2.66% impact across its customer base (representing almost 50% of all Medicare visits). This represents a more significant cut than the -2.2% estimated by CMS.
