Homecare Homebase announced Curate: Scribe, a new AI-assisted documentation capability embedded directly within the HCHB EHR and developed in partnership with StenoHealth. Designed specifically for home-based care clinicians, the solution integrates into existing visit workflows to help reduce documentation burden by generating draft clinical notes that clinicians can review, edit, and finalize, while maintaining full clinician authority over the medical record. By eliminating the need for separate AI tools and reducing double charting or “app-hopping,” Curate: Scribe aims to support more timely documentation completion and allow clinicians to focus more on patient care while maintaining the accuracy, compliance, and trust required in home health and hospice settings. The capability will be piloted in the first half of 2026 as part of HCHB’s broader Curate AI platform strategy.
