HCHB Clinician ETA Notification keeps patients up to date by sending an automated text to patients and their families with a time window for their expected visit. Additional texts can also be sent if traffic or other delays affect the expected arrival time. These texts also allow clinicians to focus solely on traveling safely to their next destination instead of trying to navigate traffic while calling or texting their next patient with updates or causing further delays by waiting to get on the road until after they’ve manually sent an update.

Agency Welcome Notification lays the foundation for clear communication with an incoming patient by sending a customizable “Welcome to the Agency” text message to the patient. As soon as a referral is saved in the HCHB EHR system, the automated message is sent. The message can include a customizable URL and is designed to help reduce “non-admits” and boost referral conversions by establishing brand familiarity for the patient quickly and easily.
