Our team is here to support you through the process, beginning with a discovery to discern your particular needs, with special attention to the vendors and payers you’ll interface with. Then we’ll do some testing before training your full team.
In most cases, we’ll be on-site with you, working side by side and addressing questions as they arise. But some customers opt to combine their training with up to two other agencies or take training online.
As you expand, adding services or acquiring new agencies that need onboarding, we will help lay the groundwork for the successful adoption of your latest tools. Consider us part of your team for the duration of your relationship with HCHB.
