Changing payment dynamics are also a significant challenge with 31% of respondents citing these dynamics as their greatest challenge. However the industry remains optimistic. 65% of respondents are confident that their organizations will be more profitable in 2024 compared to 2023. Growth is expected particularly in home health care, with strategies like joint ventures and new partnerships being explored.
