April Anthony
Founder & Executive Chairman of the Board
As an entrepreneur and founder of three successful ventures including HomeCare Homebase, April has been a top industry leader and visionary in home health care over several decades. She now plays a key role in strategic product development of Homecare Homebase and serves on the board of the Partnership for Quality Home Healthcare.

Scott Decker
Chief Executive Officer
Scott joined Homecare Homebase as President in January 2018 with over 25 years leadership in a wide range of home health care ventures. The founder of Healthvision and former finalist for DFW Entrepeneur of the Year, Scott has also served as President & CEO of HealthSparq, President of Nextgen Healthcare, and most recently as CEO of MDLive, which offers 24/7 virtual access to doctors and therapists. Scott is a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio.

Lisa Parker
Chief Compliance Officer, RCS
A certified Healthcare Compliance Officer and Mediator/Arbitrator, Lisa brings nearly 30 years of healthcare and technology experience to HCHB. Her accomplishments include implementing the RCM Compliance Program for Emerus, LLC and opening a 250-bed acute care facility. Lisa holds Doctor of Divinity and PhD degrees along with a B.S. in Healthcare Administration from Columbia Southern University and an M.B.A. from Colorado Tech University.

Scott Pattillo
Chief Strategy Officer
Scott has spent the past 11 years envisioning and delivering innovative solutions for exceptional home health care. As Chief Strategy Officer, Scott is responsible for aligning HCHB’s strategic direction and product roadmap with agency needs and industry forces. Scott currently oversees Product Management, Strategic Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing for Homecare Homebase. Previous to this role, Scott served as Vice President of Product Management at Homecare Homebase, and prior to that served as VP of Product Management at MedAssets.

Sam High
Chief Technology Officer
Sam is responsible for the innovative technology direction of the company. An industry veteran with 20+ years of software and technology leadership experience, he most recently served as Vice President of Product Development and Software for MoneyGram International, providing industry leading payments and mobile solutions, business intelligence, analytics and Agile process conversion. He has also held technology leadership positions at Wolters Kluwer, Fiserv and GE.

Jason Reed
Senior Vice President of Finance
With over 12 years at Homecare Homebase, Jason brings a seasoned perspective on HCHB's evolving technology and innovative strategies for growth. As Senior Vice President of Finance, he has a deep understanding of both the software industry and the changing payment models that will shape the future of home health care. Jason is a CPA who began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers after graduating from Abilene Christian University with a BBA in Accounting and Finance.

Luke Rutledge
Senior Vice President of Operations
With nearly 20 years of operations and new technology experience, Luke's leadership career includes streamlining processes and enhancing customer experience for market leaders like AT&T, Lincoln Financial Group and HealthMarkets. At Homecare Homebase, he now oversees the company's Operations, Implementation, Client Services and Account Management teams. Luke received his B.S. in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Gary Voydanoff
Senior Vice President of Sales
A 25-year veteran of the health care technology industry, Gary brings a keen vision and practical experience to the HCHB leadership team. His depth of expertise in acute, post-acute and ambulatory care and knowledge of the regulatory environment offers valuable insight for customers looking to maximize resources and tackle the growing challenges of value-based care. Prior to HCHB, Gary served as Chief Commercial Officer at Kit Check and EVP of Sales and Marketing at NextGen Healthcare.

Brandy Sparkman- Beierle
Senior Vice President of Tech-Enabled Services, RCS
A practicing RN with 17+ years in clinical operations, change management and process improvement, Brandy leverages her expertise to help create customized solutions for agencies nationwide. Her specialties include business development, care redesign and outcomes improvement to help HCHB customers streamline processes, maximize internal resources and spend more time on exceptional patient care.

Vicki Shiller
Vice President of Human Resources
Vicki oversees talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, learning, leadership and talent development. Since 2011, she has been instrumental in implementing HCHB core values. Prior to joining Homecare Homebase, Vicki served as Senior Vice President and Human Resources Executive and Bank of America. She holds a BS degree in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.

David Pittman
Vice President of Professional Services
David joined Homecare Homebase in 2019 as Vice President of Professional Services, where he manages and oversees Consulting Services, Implementation, HCHB University and Interfaces. A 15+ year veteran of Healthcare IT, David specialized in Acute and Ambulatory Care as a Solution Architect at Cerner and later management consultant for Deloitte Consulting. He earned a B.S. in International Business and Marketing at Oklahoma State University and an MBA from the University of North Texas.

Nick Lamb
Vice President of RCS Operations
An RCS pro with experience at both the provider and payor levels, Nick brings 15+ years of experience creating and running RCS operations for acute care facilities, non-Medicare post payment audits and retail pharmacy Benefit Managers. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration; Management Information from University of Texas at Dallas.

Sai Ram Purala Chetty
Vice President of Software Development
Sai Ram oversees the design and development of the Homecare Homebase software application suite and is also responsible for innovation and implementation of best practices and leadership of our Agile development teams. With a degree in Electrical Engineering and a solid background in software engineering and IT, his emphasis is on developing customized solutions for maximizing business intelligence.

Chip Sloan
Vice President of Strategic Partnerships
Chip joined Homecare Homebase in 2017 with over 15 years of experience in healthcare, including key leadership roles in software development, implementation and product management. His technology expertise and broad industry network help HCHB continuously enhance our software solutions with new partnerships offering exceptional value for our customers. Chip is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.

Isaac Brewer
Vice President of Technology Operations
As a senior leader in Technology Operations, Isaac is responsible for DevOps, database administration, hosting operations and product support for Homecare Homebase’s product suite. Isaac joined HCHB in 2016 with 20 years of experience leading cloud, hosting & operational strategies for some of the top names in technology, services and digital marketing. He holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Stephan Papadopoulos
Associate Vice President of Client Services and Product Support
Stephan joined HCHB in December of 2011 and has served in a variety of roles including Client Services and Product Management. As Associate Vice President of Client Services and Product Support, he is for ensuring our customers’ needs are handled quickly and accurately, with minimal interruption. Stephan received his BA and MBA from the American Military University.
