HCHB is leveling up the Customer Experience Portal with CEP Communities. In early 2021 you will be able to gain recognition as a leader and influencer among your peers, share best practices, find answers and promote the ideas you believe in.
Rack up points by taking action in the HCHB CEP. Posting questions and answers or marking comments and ideas as helpful will add points to your profile. As you accumulate points, you will be promoted to higher reputation levels in the community. Your reputation level will be displayed on your Community Profile in the CEP.
Leveling up with points, helping others and participating in home health or hospice specific discussions will help you earn individual badges that display your HCHB expertise. Badges are displayed on your Community Profile. Collect as many as possible and share your HCHB influence with the world.
Track your progress and see where you rank on our Communities Leaderboard. Compete with your peers for the top spot and title of HCHB Community Leader.
