2024 EVV Summary
In 2024, HCHB added 12 new EVV connections (state + aggregator combinations), representing 8 new states. HCHB EVV is now available in all non-closed states for home health with the exception of Texas which has an interim pass-through connection allowing customers in this state to continue scheduling and documenting within HCHB rather than moving to the full state system.
EVV aggregators are centralized databases that collect, validate, and store statewide Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) visit data. HCHB’s EVVLink solution allows providers to use a single method to comply with multiple state requirements or aggregators which simplifies workflow and improves care delivery. With 62 interfaces connected to aggregators in 47 states, EVVLink streamlines the entire EVV process ensuring you stay compliant.
