Tatiana Prusakof

RN, Case Manager | HCA Healthcare

NOVEMBER 2025

What leaders have to say about Tatiana:

Tatiana has been going above and beyond for quite some time now for the agency. When the agency is down to just one RN, Tatiana has stepped up and is working 6 days a week to cover patient visits. She case manages all the agencies nursing patients even though she is not required to do so. She looks up the information and knows everything about everyone for weekly conferences. She takes on call 75% or more of the nights of the month because if something is going wrong with “her” patients, she wants to be the one to deal with it. She is also an amazing preceptor to new staff. She might have a swamped day with 7 or 8 visits, but she doesn’t complain about taking a new nurse out with her. They tackle the day together and she teaches them all that they need to know. Tatiana is the true epitome of what a home health nurse is. Home health is a lifestyle not just a job. It invades all parts of a clinician’s life, much like that of a physician or APRN and Tatiana embraces it with grace and love for her profession and patients.

How generative AI in healthcare is being used today

Healthcare leaders are exploring generative AI with a mix of curiosity, urgency, and caution. Technology is advancing quickly, but healthcare organizations operate in one of the most regulated and complex environments in any industry. That combination means adoption tends to happen carefully.
