Theresa is an example of clinical excellence; she goes above and beyond her duties in a leadership role. She has an oncology certification and sees oncology patients in addition to her leadership role. She is available to her staff 24/7. She recently served on an Optimization Team in her agency to help reduce redundancy and the number of clicks for the field staff. The team that she was a part of was able to reduce over 38 clicks, automated more than 29 items, and created several new items to meet new regulatory requirements. She serves on many committees to help improve her agency and is always available to her staff. She would be very deserving of this award.
