I have learned that every single patient experience is important. There are no minor details at the end of life. It is an absolute honor and a privilege to walk alongside these patients and their families, helping them find comfort, dignity, and peace along their final journey.
What is a valuable lesson you’ve learned from working in your field?
Your compassion is your superpower, but remember to protect it with strong emotional boundaries to avoid burning out. It is important to remember each day; everyone has a story—and every story deserves a clean slate.
