Dan goes over and above for his branch. On top of handling all his normal duties he’s also been performing all functions of the assistant clinical manager for at least the last 13 months. Dan is constantly out seeing patients or helping clinicians in the field when needed. Dan makes sure his staff knows family comes first, which means we aren’t stressed or pressured to choose between our families and our careers. Dan is honestly the best manager and DON I’ve ever worked with.
What is the most fulfilling part of your role?
I have been with Amedisys for 4 1/2 years as the Director of Operations. I have been a RN for 30 years. The best part about my job are the people I get to work with everyday. They are the true Gold Stars for the care they give our patients.
