The organization reported saving at least 10 to 15 minutes per home hospice intake and 30 to 45 minutes per inpatient unit or skilled nursing facility admission, while also reducing medication documentation errors and standardizing comfort-kit ordering through customizable digital checklists. CommonSpirit says the result has been a simpler, safer, and more consistent admission workflow that clinicians adopted with minimal training and now use across all hospice locations.
