Warren County Health Services, a county-based home care agency with five nurses plus contract physical, occupational, and speech therapy, selected HCHB after its prior EHR transition went poorly and leadership decided it was worth investing in what they viewed as the “gold standard” for a better long-term fit. The agency says HCHB stood out for clinician ease of use, strong responsiveness during implementation, and ongoing support after go-live, including clear training, fast answers, and helpful client services. After launch, Warren County reported faster and more accurate charting, less after-hours documentation for field staff, reduced office workload through internal faxing, better error prevention, and improved access to reports and KPIs that had not been possible in the prior system.
