Curate: Scribe is an AI-assisted documentation capability built directly into the HCHB EHR to help home-based care clinicians reduce documentation burden during visits. It is designed to cut down on double charting and app-switching by generating draft clinical notes inside the existing workflow, while keeping all AI-generated content clearly identifiable, editable, and under clinician control before anything becomes part of the medical record. HCHB announced the solution in partnership with StenoHealth in March 2026 as part of its broader Curate AI platform strategy.
