HCHB Analytics Impact Models and Advocacy Dashboards

Homecare Homebase publishes Impact Models in HCHB Analytics four times a year. These models include several dashboards to help clients understand the potential impacts of the proposed and final rules for the hospice and home health service lines.

HCHB Analytics also provides a Home Health Advocacy analytics workbook to empower leaders to utilize their agency’s data in their own comment letters. The workbook includes dashboards that speak to margin and access to care pressure, clinical group trends and behavior, payer mix, and staffing.

HCHB prepares a comment letter to CMS outlining the potential impacts of the Home Health Proposed rule. HCHB’s customer base represents 47% of the market share of home health Medicare patients, making this data a strong indicator of the access to care trend across the industry as a whole.

Founded by nurses and still driven by clinician satisfaction

At HCHB, everything we do is informed by the challenges faced by clinicians. Our teams consult with Clinical Advisory groups to gain insight into the daily life of caregivers. We attend ride-alongs and have several clinicians on staff, in departments ranging from Product Development to Client Success and Education.

You’ll find the HCHB software platform is packed with features to help clinicians feel valued and supported. Ongoing updates ensure flawless compliance, eliminating the angst of “what if,” and making sleepless nights a thing of the past. Intuitive workflow means documentation can be completed sooner and at the point of care. Simplified scheduling and routing frees up time and removes another source of frustration. At every turn, we’re looking to inspire confidence and satisfaction.
