Homecare Homebase’s March 12, 2026 press release announces Curate: Scribe, a new AI-assisted documentation capability embedded directly within the HCHB EHR and developed through a strategic partnership with StenoHealth to reduce clinician documentation burden in home-based care. The release says the tool is designed to eliminate app-hopping and double charting by working inside the existing visit workflow, while keeping all AI-generated content clearly identified, fully reviewable, editable, and under clinician control to support accuracy, trust, and compliance. It also says HCHB plans to pilot Curate: Scribe and additional AI-enabled solutions in the first half of 2026 as part of its broader Curate platform strategy focused on improving clinician experience, operational efficiency, and care quality.
