Office workers and management using Homecare Homebase typically run the software from their computers. Field staff in the Home Health and Hospice industry utilize PointCare, which can be run on any Android device and field staff delivering Personal Care services can use the CareManager Application on any mobile device (iOS or Android).

How many patients can I serve with Homecare Homebase?

There is no limit to the number of patients you can serve with HCHB. Our software is the market leader for Home Health and Hospice care, serving all ten of the top ten largest Home Health Agencies and eight of the top ten Hospice Agencies. Over 750,000 patients are currently served through Homecare Homebase.

Does HCHB work offline?

PointCare and CareManager both allow for offline work in areas with mobile service difficulties.

I live in a state that has unique requirements. Will HCHB software work for me?

Homecare Homebase is highly customizable and can be utilized in all 50 states. Some state rules and regulations (i.e. closed EVV states) may limit the use of some potential integrations, but the Homecare Homebase EHR solution can be customized to fit your needs.
