The Carpenter Health Network partnered with HCHB Revenue Cycle Services after rapid growth outpaced its internal billing capacity, hurting cash flow and leaving the organization without the scale or expertise needed to manage billing effectively. Within just a couple of months, HCHB helped Carpenter create a more scalable revenue cycle model across its 40 locations and 5,000 daily patients, improving both front-end setup and back-end collections processes. As of April 2021, the partnership had helped Carpenter reach a 99% first-pass clean claim rate, a 2.5% denial rate, 100 million in net collections, and 127 thousand claims submitted.
