Luke Rutledge is President of Homecare Homebase, where he is responsible for guiding the company’s vision, growth strategy, and operational excellence. Under his leadership, the organization continues to strengthen its market position while enhancing the customer experience and expanding its impact across the healthcare landscape. Luke is passionate about aligning people, processes, and technology to drive meaningful results for clients and the communities they serve. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, providing the foundation for his strategic and collaborative leadership style.

Hannah Pearson

Chief Revenue Officer

Hannah Pearson has more than 15 years at Homecare Homebase. As chief revenue officer, she leads the company’s go-to-market strategy and revenue organization — including sales, marketing, account management and strategic partnerships. She is part of the executive leadership team, shaping enterprise strategy and product direction to keep HCHB at the forefront of post-acute healthcare technology. Pearson joined HCHB after earning an MBA and a Master of Health Systems Management from Texas Woman’s University and a B.A. in communications from Centenary College of Louisiana. She previously served as vice president of account management and client success, where she streamlined revenue operations and strengthened customer relationships, earning recognition as a 2023 “Future Leader” by Home Health Care News.

Martha Stuart Williams

Chief People Officer

Dr. Martha Stuart Williams is the HCHB Chief People Officer, a skilled healthcare executive with more than two decades of leadership building high capacity teams, driving operational excellence and strategic growth across national healthcare organizations. She has held multiple C-suite roles, including President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer, leading large-scale teams and overseeing complex, high-growth environments. Most recently, she has served in senior leadership roles within healthcare services organizations, where she focuses on leveraging human capital in operations to improve care delivery and advance innovation. She holds a Master’s and Ph.D. in Human Resources and Leadership from Louisiana State University, with a doctorate focused on Cultural Intelligence in post acute healthcare.

David Pittman

Executive Vice President of Operations

David Pittman is Executive Vice President of Operations at Homecare Homebase, where he leads the company’s client-facing organizations, including Professional Services, Client Services, Client Success, and Account Management, as well as Business Operations and the Project Management Office. Prior to joining the company, he was a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting, advising organizations on strategy and operational performance. Scott Bernstein

Vice President - Corporate Development and Innovation

Scott Bernstein is Vice President, Corporate Development & Innovation at Homecare Homebase where he leads the company’s strategic partnerships program. Scott’s career sits at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and venture investing. He was the first employee and a Principal at Lewis & Clark Ventures, where he helped raise a $130M Series A fund and led investments in health tech, B2B software, and agriculture tech. He also held board roles at two healthcare startups and founded Peppermint, a mobility and durable medical equipment startup focused on aging independently. Earlier, he served as COO at Bird Buddy, a category leading venture-backed consumer hardware and software company, where he helped grow U.S. retail distribution and launch a subscription offering. His prior experience includes building collaboration technology for Level I trauma teams, managing a startup accelerator, and program management at Citadel. Scott serves as Board Treasurer of Crown Center for Senior Living. He is a Kauffman Fellow and a St. Louis Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Isaac Brewer

Vice President - Technology Operations

Isaac joined Homecare Homebase in 2016 and currently serves as Vice President of Technology Operations. In this role, he oversees platform reliability, hosting operations, security and compliance, database administration, and corporate IT. Since joining HCHB, Isaac has led significant modernization efforts across hosting, security, and operational infrastructure, helping scale the platform to support continued growth.

He brings more than 20 years of experience in technology operations leadership, with previous roles at CompuCom, Sabre, and Dell. His background includes leading large-scale infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation initiatives, and data center operations across a range of industries. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas.
