    April Anthony

    Chief Executive Officer

    Named “Top CEO” for large companies in Dallas for 2013 and 2015 by the Dallas Morning News, April began her career as an auditor and CPA for Price Waterhouse.  For over 20 years, she has been a leader and entrepreneur in home health care as founder and developer of three successful ventures. She now plays a key role in strategic product development of Homecare Homebase and serves on the board of the Partnership for Quality Home Healthcare.

    Scott Decker

    President

    Scott joined Homecare Homebase as President in January 2018 with over 25 years leadership in a wide range of home health care ventures. The founder of Healthvision and former finalist for DFW Entrepeneur of the Year, Scott has also served as President & CEO of HealthSparq, President of Nextgen Healthcare, and most recently as CEO of MDLive, which offers 24/7 virtual access to doctors and therapists. Scott is a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio.

    Scott Pattillo

    Chief Strategy Officer

    Scott has spent the past 11 years envisioning and delivering innovative solutions for exceptional home health care. As Chief Strategy Officer, Scott is responsible for aligning HCHB’s strategic direction and product roadmap with agency needs and industry forces.  Scott currently oversees Product Management, Strategic Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing for Homecare Homebase.  Previous to this role, Scott served as Vice President of Product Management at Homecare Homebase, and prior to that served as VP of Product Management at MedAssets.

    Sam High

    Chief Technology Officer

    Sam is responsible for the innovative technology direction of the company.  An industry veteran with 20+ years of software and technology leadership experience, he most recently served as Vice President of Product Development and Software for MoneyGram International, providing industry leading payments and mobile solutions, business intelligence, analytics and Agile process conversion.  He has also held technology leadership positions at Wolters Kluwer, Fiserv and GE.

    Luke Rutledge

    Senior Vice President of Operations

    With nearly 20 years of operations and new technology experience, Luke's leadership career includes streamlining processes and enhancing customer experience for market leaders like AT&T, Lincoln Financial Group and HealthMarkets. At Homecare Homebase, he now oversees the company's Operations, Implementation, Client Services and Account Management teams. Luke received his B.S. in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.

    Neal Reizer

    Senior Vice President of Product Management

    Previously SVP of Research & Development for MedAssets, this veteran of Silicon Valley start-ups and corporate technology companies joined Homecare Homebase in January, 2017, bringing extensive experience in directing product management, software architecture and user experience in the U.S., India and Ukraine. Neal received his B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Masters of Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

  • Martha Stuart Williams, PhD

    Senior Vice President of Professional Services Optimization

    As head of our Professional Services Optimization Team, Martha Stuart Williams, PhD brings over a decade of C-level clinical and technology expertise to post-acute care planning and strategy. Martha helps HCHB clients advance value-oriented heathcare initiatives using the latest software and sophisticated care models to ensure a more value-oriented approach for more predictable, profitable outcomes.

  • Bob Braun

    Robert Braun

    Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development

    A healthcare software technology veteran, Bob leads the Homecare Homebase sales organization, working closely with product management, operations and engineering. For the past 18+ years, he has held leadership roles in sales, business development and marketing at GE Healthcare IT, Pacific Pulmonary, EMC and Dimension Data. Bob is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and served two deployments to the Persian Gulf.

  • Sai Ram

    Sai Ram Purala Chetty

    Vice President of Software Development

    Sai Ram oversees the design and development of the Homecare Homebase software application suite and is also responsible for innovation and implementation of best practices and leadership of our Agile development teams. With a degree in Electrical Engineering and a solid background in software engineering and IT, his emphasis is on developing customized solutions for maximizing business intelligence.

    Isaac Brewer

    Vice President of Technology Operations

    As senior leader in Technology Operations and Product Support, Isaac joined HCHB in 2016 with 20 years of experience in cloud, hosting & sourcing strategies for some of the top names in travel, computing and database marketing. His background also includes global platform engineering and M&A strategies to help growing HCHB clients develop solid infrastructures for accurate, real-time interoperability.
