Dr. Martha Stuart Williams is the HCHB Chief People Officer, a skilled healthcare executive with more than two decades of leadership building high capacity teams, driving operational excellence and strategic growth across national healthcare organizations. She has held multiple C-suite roles, including President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer, leading large-scale teams and overseeing complex, high-growth environments. Most recently, she has served in senior leadership roles within healthcare services organizations, where she focuses on leveraging human capital in operations to improve care delivery and advance innovation. She holds a Master’s and Ph.D. in Human Resources and Leadership from Louisiana State University, with a doctorate focused on Cultural Intelligence in post acute healthcare.
Isaac joined Homecare Homebase in 2016 and currently serves as Vice President of Technology Operations. In this role, he oversees platform reliability, hosting operations, security and compliance, database administration, and corporate IT. Since joining HCHB, Isaac has led significant modernization efforts across hosting, security, and operational infrastructure, helping scale the platform to support continued growth.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in technology operations leadership, with previous roles at CompuCom, Sabre, and Dell. His background includes leading large-scale infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation initiatives, and data center operations across a range of industries. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas.
