Chief Revenue Officer

Hannah Pearson has more than 15 years at Homecare Homebase. As chief revenue officer, she leads the company’s go-to-market strategy and revenue organization — including sales, marketing, account management and strategic partnerships. Pearson joined HCHB after earning an MBA and a Master of Health Systems Management from Texas Woman’s University and a B.A. in communications from Centenary College of Louisiana. She previously served as vice president of account management and client success, where she streamlined revenue operations and strengthened customer relationships, earning recognition as a 2023 “Future Leader” by Home Health Care News.

David Pittman

Executive Vice President of Operations

Scott Bernstein

Vice President - Corporate Development and Innovation

Scott Bernstein is Vice President, Corporate Development & Innovation at Homecare Homebase where he leads the company’s strategic partnerships program. He was the first employee and a Principal at Lewis & Clark Ventures, where he helped raise a $130M Series A fund and led investments in health tech, B2B software, and agriculture tech. Earlier, he served as COO at Bird Buddy, a category leading venture-backed consumer hardware and software company, where he helped grow U.S. retail distribution and launch a subscription offering.
