Christus Good Shepherd Home Care is a home health partner of Christus Good Shepherd Medical Center — Marshall and part of a joint venture partnership with LHC Group, a national provider of in-home healthcare services with 32,000 employees operating locations in 35 states and the District of Columbia.

Though new payment models under the auspices of Medicare’s new Primary Care First initiative are designed for primary care providers, hospice and palliative care providers have a role to play.
